	Mr. Prakash Shah is the Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University and has done his Diploma in Computers Management from K.C. College. He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Finance especially in IT. He is associated with the Company since its inception and manages all the non-technical functions of the company. He has been instrumental in working out the Joint venture with CNT International, Srilanka to form Allied CNT Solution Pvt Ltd., Mr. Prakash Shah, has been actively involved in the day to day functioning of the finance and procurement functions of the company.
